个体化护理干预对支气管哮喘患者护理满意度及治疗效果的影响

Influence of Individualized Nursing Intervention on Nursing Satisfaction and Treatment Effect in Patients with Bronchial Asthma

目的探讨个体化护理干预对支气管哮喘患者护理满意度和治疗效果的影响。方法选取山东省胜利石油管理局滨海医院64例支气管哮喘患者,平均分为对照组和观察组两组,其中对照组予以常规护理干预,观察组实施个体化护理干预,对比两组患者护理满意度和治疗效果。结果观察组患者护理总满意度和治疗总有效率均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对支气管哮喘患者实施个体化护理能有效提高临床护理效果,提高护理满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of individualized nursing intervention on nursing satisfaction and treatment effect in patients with bronchial asthma.Methods Sixty-four patients with bronchial asthma in our hospital were divided into two groups:control group and observation group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group implemented individualized nursing intervention.The nursing satisfaction and treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total satisfaction and total effective rate of the patients in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Individualized nursing for patients with bronchial asthma can effectively improve the clinical nursing effect and improve the satisfaction of nursing.
