小儿分泌性中耳炎的护理方法及效果

Study on the Nursing Methods and Value of Secretory Otitis Media in Children

目的观察小儿分泌性中耳炎的护理方法及效果。方法选取2016年2月至2017年8月济南市儿童医院收治的70例分泌性中耳炎患儿,按随机数字表分为两组。对照组用常规护理方案,人性化组实施人性化护理方案。比较两组患儿治疗配合度、家长对小儿分泌性中耳炎疾病的认知水平、护理满意评分和小儿分泌性中耳炎治疗效果、复发率。结果人性化组治疗效果明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。人性化组复发率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。人性化组患儿治疗配合度、家长对小儿分泌性中耳炎疾病的认知水平、护理满意评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论小儿分泌性中耳炎的人性化护理方法及施行价值高,可提升家长疾病认知和小儿配合度,降低复发率,改善预后,家长对护理满意度高。

Objective To observe the effect of secretory otitis media in children.Methods From February 2016 to August 2017,70 children with secretory otitis media were divided into two groups according to the table of random numbers.The normal nursing program was used in the control group,and the humanized nursing program was implemented in the humanized group.The treatment coordination,parents'cognition level,nursing satisfaction score of children with secretory otitis media,treatment effect and recurrence rate of children with secretory otitis media were compared between the two groups.Results The curative effect of the children with secretory otitis media was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the humanized group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The cognition level and nursing satisfaction score of children in the humanized group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The humanized nursing method and the high implementation value of children's secretory otitis media can improve the parents'cognition of disease and children's cooperation,reduce the recurrence rate and improve the prognosis,and the parents have high satisfaction with nursing.
