精神分裂症患者实施综合康复护理的可行性研究

Feasibility Study of Comprehensive Rehabilitation Nursing for Schizophrenic Patients

目的探讨对精神分裂症患者实施综合康复护理的可行性。方法选取徐州市东方人民医院2017年4月至2018年6月90例精神分裂症患者,根据数字表法分为两组,对照组采用常规护理,综合康复护理组采用用综合康复护理。比较两组满意程度;护理前SDSS分值、护理2周的SDSS分值、护理4周的SDSS分值、护理8周的SDSS分值;护理前后PANSS评分值、BPRS分值、NOSIE总积极因素评分、NOSIE总消积因素评分;疾病加重概率。结果综合康复护理组满意程度、PANSS评分值、BPRS分值、NOSIE总积极因素评分、NOSIE总消积因素评分、护理2、4、8周的SDSS分值、疾病加重概率方面相比对照组更有优势(P<0.05)。结论精神分裂症患者实施综合康复护理效果确切。

Objective To explore the feasibility of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing for patients with schizophrenia.Methods Ninety schizophrenic patients were enrolled in our hospital from April 2017 to June 2018.They were divided into two groups by digital table method.The control group was given routine nursing care and the comprehensive rehabilitation nursing group was given comprehensive rehabilitation nursing care.The satisfaction degree of the two groups were compared;as well as SDSS score before and after nursing,SDS score after 2 weeks of nursing,SDS score after 4 weeks of nursing,SDS score after 8 weeks of nursing;PANSS score before and after nursing,BPRS score,NOSIE total positive factor score,NOSIE total elimination factor score;and disease aggravation probability.Results Compared with the control group,the comprehensive rehabilitation nursing group had more advantages in terms of satisfaction,PANSS score,BPRS score,NOSIE total positive factor score,NOSIE total elimination factor score,2,4 and 8 week nursing SDS scores,and disease aggravation probability(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive rehabilitation nursing is effective in schizophrenia patients.
