多种护理方式在无痛消化内镜检查术中的应用效果观察

Observation on Effect of Various Nursing Methods in Painless Digestive Endoscopy

目的比较多种护理方式在无痛消化内镜检查术中的应用效果。方法研究选取300例2016年1月至2018年12月在蒙自市人民医院进行无痛消化内镜检查术的患者作为研究对象,按照随机分配的原则将患者分成两组,普通组给予常规护理措施,干预组给予优质护理。比较两组患者的护理满意度、SDS、SAS、VAS评分。结果干预组患者护理满意度为90.67%(136例),普通组患者的护理满意度为78%(117例),两组护理满意度比较有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组患者SAS评分为(1.4±0.6)分,SDS评分为(1.7±0.2)分,VAS评分为(1.1±0.3)分,各项数据低于普通组(P<0.05)。结论优质护理模式可以显著降低无痛消化内镜检查术患者的焦虑和抑郁情绪,减轻术中疼痛,提高患者满意度。

Objective To compare the application effects of various nursing methods in painless digestive endoscopy.Methods From January 2016 to December 2018,300 patients undergoing painless digestive endoscopy in our hospital were selected as the research object.According to the principle of random allocation,the patients were divided into two groups,the normal group was given routine nursing measures and the intervention group was given high-quality nursing.The nursing satisfaction,SDS,SAS and VAS scores of the two groups were compared.Results The nursing satisfaction of patients in the intervention group was 90.67%(136 cases)and that of patients in the general group was 78%(117 cases),with statistical significance between the two groups(P<0.05).The SAS score of patients in the intervention group was(1.4±0.6),SDS score was(1.7±0.2),VAS score was(1.1±0.3),all data were lower than those in the normal group(P<0.05).Conclusion Highquality nursing mode can significantly reduce anxiety and depression of patients undergoing painless digestive endoscopy,reduce intraoperative pain and improve patient satisfaction.
