整体护理干预对躁狂症患者治疗依从性的影响分析

Effect of Holistic Nursing Intervention on Treatment Compliance of Manic Patients

目的分析整体护理干预对躁狂症患者治疗依从性的影响。方法选取江苏省东台市第三人民医院2017年1月至2019年1月收治的50例躁狂症患者为研究对象,并严格按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各25例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组则采取整体护理干预,对两组患者的GAS和BRM评分以及治疗的依从性作出分析和比较。结果护理后,两组的GAS评分均有所提高,BRM评分也有所降低;观察组患者GAS评分高于对照组,BRM评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的治疗依从率为92.00%,高于对照组的治疗依从率(60.00%,P<0.05)。结论整体护理干预可有效改善躁狂症患者的临床症状,提高患者的治疗依从性。

Objective To analyze the effect of holistic nursing intervention on treatment compliance of manic patients.Methods From January 2017 to January 2019,50 patients with mania were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table,25 cases each.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given holistic nursing intervention.The GAS and BRM scores and treatment compliance of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results After nursing,the GAS scores of both groups were improved and the BRM scores were decreased,but compared with the control group,the GAS scores of the observation group were higher and the BRM scores were lower(P<0.05);the treatment compliance rate of the observation group was 92.00%,higher than that of the control group(60.00%,P<0.05).Conclusion Holistic nursing intervention can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with mania and improve the patient's treatment compliance.
