摘要
目的:建立蝴蝶草的红外指纹图谱,为金沙藤药材的鉴别和质量评价提供参考依据。方法:采用傅里叶变换光谱法对蝴蝶草进行分析,并利用OMNIC 8.0软件和SPSS 19.0软件对实验数据进行处理与聚类分析。结呆:获得了不同产地蝴蝶草的红外特征图谱,并标定了5个共有峰。通过聚类分析可将5个批次的广西产蝴蝶草药材分为三大类。结论:该方法简便、快速、稳定,可为金沙藤药材质量标准的制定提供科学的实验依据。
Objective:This study aimed to establish the analysis method of the infrared(IR)fingerprint for the Christia vespertilionis?and to provide experimental basis for identification and quality evaluation of Christia vespertilionis.Methods:Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)was used to carry out spectral scanning of 5 batches of different materials,and OMNIC8.0 infrared software and SPSS19.0 software were used to analyze the experimental data.Results:The Christia vespertilionis from different production places had similar IR characteristic peaks,and calibrated five common peaks.The leaves of Christia vespertilionis of 5 samples were divided into three categories by using cluster analysis.Conclusion:The method established in this experiment is simple,rapid and stable,and it can provide scientific experimental basis for the formulation of quality standard of Christia vespertilionis(L.f.)Bahn,f.
