免疫三氧血回输疗法治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效观察

目的观察免疫三氧血回输疗法治疗急性脑梗死的临床效果。方法选取大庆油田四厂医院2016年5月至2018年5月收治的160例急性脑梗死患者,采用抽签法分为对照组予以常规治疗方案和实验组在常规治疗基础上予以免疫三氧血回输疗法,各80例。比较两组患者的疗效,并观察不良反应。结果实验组的治疗总有效率为96.25%,显著高于对照组的82.50%,实验组的ADL评分高于对照组,两组数据比较差异显著(P<0.05);所有患者在治疗期间均未见严重不良反应。结论应用免疫三氧血回输疗法治疗急性脑梗死,安全有效,对促进患者神经功能恢复、提高其日常生活能力具有重要帮助。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of immuno-oxygenated blood reinfusion therapy on acute cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 160 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from May 2016 to May 2018 were divided into two groups by drawing lots.The control group was given routine treatment.The experimental group(each 80 case)was given immune blood transfusion therapy on the basis of routine treatment.The curative effect of the two groups was compared and the adverse reactions were observed.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 96.25%,which was significantly higher than 82.50%of the reference group.The ADL score of the experimental group was higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05).No serious adverse reactions were observed in all patients during the treatment.Conclusion Immunooxygenated blood transfusion is safe and effective in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction,which is important to promote the recovery of neurological function and improve the ability of daily life of patients.
