中医辨证治疗慢性复发性口腔溃疡的临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation on Treatment of Chronic Recurrent Oral Ulcer by TCM Syndrome Differentiation

目的观察中医辨证治疗慢性复发性口腔溃疡的临床疗效。方法选取2017年1月至2017年11月兰山区人民医院治疗的慢性复发性口腔溃疡患者80例作为研究对象,平均分为对照组和观察组。对照组给予常规西药治疗,观察组给予中医辨证治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果在治疗总有效率上,观察组为95.00%,显著高于对照组的72.50%(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后VAS评分低于对照组,愈合时间短于对照组;1年内复发率也低于对照组,两组数据比较存在显著性统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医辨证治疗慢性复发性口腔溃疡,疗效显著,值得采纳应用。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of TCM syndrome differentiation in the treatment of chronic recurrent oral ulcer.Methods Eighty cases of chronic recurrent oral ulcer patients treated in our hospital from January 2017 to November 2017 were selected and equally divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was given conventional western medicine treatment,while the observation group was given traditional Chinese medicine treatment based on syndrome differentiation.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results In the total effective rate of treatment,the observation group was 95.00%,significantly higher than 72.50%of the control group.After treatment,the VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the healing time was shorter than that of the control group,and the recurrence rate within 1 year was also lower than that of the control group.There was significant difference between groups(P<0.05).Conclusion TCM differentiation based on symptoms and signs is effective in treating chronic recurrent oral ulcer.
