艾滋病患者抗病毒治疗效果及CD4^+T淋巴细胞检测分析

摘要 目的观察艾滋病患者抗病毒治疗效果,分析CD4^+T淋巴细胞检测价值。方法选取2016年5月至2017年5月四川省阿坝州疾病预防控制中心治疗的艾滋病患者108例为研究对象。开展CD4^+T淋巴细胞检测,分析结果。结果一线治疗方案者共计108例,二线治疗方案使用者共计10例。6例使用复方新思诺明预防机会性感染。2例受试者合并结核病。III期共计6例。II期24例,I期76例。依照治疗前CD4情况,将其分为200 cells/μL以下,200~350 cells/μL以及350 cells/μL以上几个小组。小组间治疗前后CD4+淋巴细胞计数存在明显差异(P<0.05)。治疗后,共计68例病毒载量达到检测下限值以下。400 cp/mL以下者共计26例,400~5000 cp/mL 10例,5000 cp/mL以上4例。结论本组艾滋病患者总体治疗效果较好。经抗病毒治疗之后,CD4^+T淋巴细胞水平和治疗前相比有所上升。 Objective To observe the efficacy of antiviral therapy in AIDS patients and to analyze the value of CD4^+T lymphocyte detection.Methods A total of 108 AIDS patients admitted to our hospital from May 2016 to May 2017 were selected as the research objects.CD4^+T lymphocytes were detected and analyzed.Results There were 108 cases of first-line treatment and 10 cases of second-line treatment.Prevention of opportunistic infection with compound neostigmine in 6 cases.Tuberculosis was found in 2 patients.Phase III:A total of 6 cases.Stage II:24 cases,stage I:76 cases.According to the condition of CD4 before treatment,it was divided into two groups:200 cells/μL or less,200~350 cells/μL and 350 cells/μL or more.There were significant differences in CD4+lymphocyte counts between groups before and after treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,a total of 68 cases of viral load below the detection lower limit.There were 26 cases with less than 400 cp/mL,10 cases with more than 400~5000 cp/mL and 4 cases with more than 5000 cp/mL.Conclusion The overall treatment effect of AIDS patients in this group is good.After antiviral therapy,CD4^+T lymphocyte levels were higher than before treatment.
