药物治疗联合肺康复治疗老年间质性肺炎的临床效果观察

Observtion on Clinical Effect of Drug Therapy Combined with Pulmonary Rehabilitation in Treatment of Senile Interstitial Pneumonia

目的观察药物治疗联合肺康复治疗在老年间质性肺炎治疗中的临床效果。方法选取2017年9月至2018年9月在新疆维吾尔自治区人民医院进行诊治的92例间质性肺炎老年患者为研究样本,随机分为观察组与对照组,各46例,观察组患者接受药物联合肺康复治疗,对照组仅接受药物治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果经过相同时间的治疗后,观察组患者的肺功能测定(FEV1%Pred)、呼吸困难表(MMRC)评分以及6分钟步行距离(6MED)均显著优于对照组患者,组间数据比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对老年间质性肺炎患者采取药物联合肺康复治疗措施,能够显著改善患者的肺功能与呼吸情况。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of drug therapy combined with pulmonary rehabilitation in the treatment of senile interstitial pneumonia.Methods Ninety-two elderly patients with interstitial pneumonia who were treated in People's Hospital of Xinjiang Uygur from September 2017 to September 2018 were selected as research samples.According to the principle of randomization,they were divided into observation group and control group,46 cases in each group.The observation group received drug combined with lung rehabilitation treatment,while the control group only received drug treatment,and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results After the same treatment,the FEV1%Pred,MMRC score and 6-minute walking distance(6MED)of the patients in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Drugs combined with pulmonary rehabilitation can significantly improve the pulmonary function and respiratory status of elderly patients with interstitial pneumonia,which has high clinical application value.
