不同抗生素方案治疗呼吸道感染的疗效及性价比分析

Effect and Cost-Effective Analysis of Different Antibiotic Regimens in Treatment of Respiratory Tract Infection

目的分析不同抗生素方案治疗下呼吸道感染的疗效及性价比。方法选取2018年1月至12月在广西科技大学第一附属医院接受治疗的下呼吸道感染患者120例,采取随机数表法分为4组:A组、B组、C组、D组,分别接受阿奇霉素、左氧氟沙星、头孢唑污钠和头孢曲松钠治疗。分析对比4组患者的治疗效果。结果4组患者的治疗总有效率比较均无显著差异,B组及C组患者药物成本的支出显著低于A组和D组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论下呼吸道感染中应用左氧氟沙星和头孢唑污钠具有显著的临床效果,且治疗成本较低,使用价值高。

Objective To analyze the effect and cost-effectiveness of different antibiotic regimens in the treatment of lower respiratory tract infections.Methods From January 2018 to December,120 patients with lower respiratory tract infection treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi University of Science and Technology were divided into 4 groups by random number table method:Group A,Group B,Group C and Group D,and treated with azithromycin,levofloxacin,cefazolin sodium and ceftriaxone sodium respectively.The therapeutic effects of 4 groups were analyzed and compared.Results There was no significant difference in total effective rate between the four groups,and the expenditure of drug cost in group B and group C was significantly lower than that in group A and group D.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of levofloxacin and ceftazol sodium in lower respiratory tract infection has significant clinical effect,and the treatment cost is low and the application value is high.
