醒脑静静脉注射联合丙戊酸钠治疗癫痫患者的疗效

Efficacy of Cerebral Venous Injection Combined with Sodium Valproate in the Treatment of Patients with Epilepsy

目的观察醒脑静静脉注射联合丙戊酸钠治疗癫痫患者的疗效。方法选取江苏大学附属金坛医院2017年1月至2018年10月的癫痫患者80例,按“简单随机”法分组,每组40例。一组为对照组(丙戊酸钠治疗),另一组为观察组(再联合醒脑静静脉注射治疗)。对比两组患者疗效、治疗后肝功能情况指标。结果观察组患者联合醒脑静静脉注射治疗后,疗效和治疗后肝功能情况指标均取得了良好的效果,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论癫痫患者采取醒脑静静脉注射联合丙戊酸钠治疗后,患者疗效指标改善效果佳,治疗后肝功能情况指标效果理想。

Objective To observe the curative effect of Xingnaojing intravenous injection combined with sodium valproate in the treatment of patients with epilepsy.Methods Eighty patients with epilepsy in our hospital were enrolled.The time range was from January to May 18,2017.According to the“simple random”method,40 patients in each group.One group was the control group(sodium valproate treatment),and the other group was the observation group(recombined with cerebral venous injection).The efficacy of the two groups of patients and the indicators of liver function after treatment were compared.Results After treatment with cerebral venous and intravenous injection,the patients in the observation group achieved good Results in both efficacy and posttreatment liver function.Compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion After treatment with cerebral infusion and sodium valproate,patients with epilepsy have better efficacy index and better liver function after treatment.
