时效性激励护理方法在脑梗死患者早期康复护理中的应用

Analysis of the Application Value of Time-Dependent Incentive Nursing Method in Early Rehabilitation Nursing of Patients with Cerebral Infarction

目的分析时效性激励护理应用于脑梗死患者早期康复护理时的效果。方法选取2017年1月至2018年10月江苏省徐州医科大学附属医院50例脑梗死患者,均接受早期康复护理,采取简单随机分配的方法分为对照组和研究组。对照组采用常规模式,研究组应用时效性护理方法。对比两组治疗效果、护理满意度以及生活质量评分。结果研究组治疗效果、护理满意度,以及生活质量均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论脑梗死患者在接受早期康复护理时可以应用时效性激励护理措施,有利于改善患者生活质量,提升患者对护理的满意度。

Objective To analyze the application effct of time-dependent incentive nursing in patients with cerebral infarction receiving early rehabilitation nursing.Methods From January 2017 to October 2018,50 patients with cerebral infarction were enrolled in the Affiliated Hospital of Xuzhou Medical University of Jiangsu Province.All patients received early rehabilitation nursing.They were divided into control group and research group by simple random allocation method.The control group was given routine nursing mode while the research group was given time-sensitive nursing method.Therapeutic effect,nursing satisfaction and quality of life scores were compared.Results The therapeutic effect,nursing satisfaction,and the quality of life of the study group were all better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Time-dependent incentive nursing measures can be applied to patients with cerebral infarction in early rehabilitation nursing,which is conducive to improving the quality of life of patients and improving patients'satisfaction with nursing.
