母亲声音刺激在早产儿护理中的临床应用

Clinical Application of Maternal Voice Stimulation in Nursing of Premature Infants

目的分析母亲声音刺激在早产儿护理中应用的相关问题。方法选取本院2018年1月至12月南京医科大学附属江宁医院收治的60例早产儿,随机分为观察组和对照组,各30例。观察组早产儿接受母亲声音刺激护理干预;对照组早产儿接受常规护理干预,评价母亲声音刺激护理的临床应用效果。结果观察组早产儿恢复至出生体重时间、出院时体重、体重增长速度情况等明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组早产儿的喂养表现情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论母亲声音刺激在早产儿护理中发挥着重要作用,有助于改善早产儿的吸吮效率,加快身体成长。

Objective To analyze the application of maternal voice stimulation in the nursing of premature infants.Methods A total of 60 cases of premature infants admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to December were randomly divided into observation group and control group,30 cases each.The premature infants in the observation group received maternal voice stimulation nursing intervention;the preterm infants in the control group received routine nursing intervention.The clinical application value of maternal voice stimulation nursing were evaluated.Results The observation group was significantly superior to the control group(P<0.05)in the comparison of the time recovering to their birth weight,their weight at discharge,and the speed of weight growth,etc.The feeding performance of the observation group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Maternal voice stimulation plays an important role in the nursing of premature infants,which is helpful to improve the sucking efficiency of premature infants and accelerate their physical growth.
