预见性护理降低阴道分娩产后出血的效果

Effect of Predictive Nursing on Reducing Postpartum Hemorrhage in Vaginal Delivery

目的探讨阴道分娩实施预见性护理对降低产后出血的护理干预效果。方法选取2018年1月至11月云南省曲靖市第一人民医院产科80例阴道分娩产妇进行观察研究,按随机数表法分为常规组(n=40)和预见性组(n=40),常规组运用常规护理,预见性组运用预见性护理,分析患者产后出血状况、母婴结局状况。结果预见性组产后2、24 h出血量显著低于常规组(P<0.05)。预见性组产后出血、产褥期感染发生率显著低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论阴道分娩实施预见性护理可有效降低产后出血。

Objective To explore the effect of predictive nursing on reducing postpartum hemorrhage in vaginal delivery.Methods 80 cases of vaginal delivery women from January 2018 to November in the Obstetrics Department of Qujing First People's Hospital of Yunnan Province were observed and studied.They were randomly divided into routine group(n=40)and predictive group(n=40).Routine nursing was used in routine group,predictive nursing was used in predictive group,and postpartum hemorrhage and maternal and infant outcomes were analyzed.Results The amount of postpartum hemorrhage in predictive group was significantly lower than that in routine group at 2 h and 24 h postpartum(P<0.05).The incidence of postpartum hemorrhage and puerperal infection in predictive group was significantly lower than that in conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion Predictive nursing in vaginal delivery can effectively reduce postpartum hemorrhage.
