助产护理干预对高龄产妇分娩方式及产程的影响

Influence of Midwifery Nursing Intervention on Delivery Mode and Labor Stage of Elderly Women

目的观察助产护理干预对高龄产妇分娩方式及产程的影响。方法选取2018年1月至6月山东省平邑县人民医院收治的高龄产妇120例为研究对象,随机分为两组,各60例。对照组采用常规护理方法,观察组助产护理干预方法。观察两组患者的产妇分娩方式以及产程时间。结果观察组选择自然分娩的人数高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组的产程时间明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论助产护理干预之后,高龄产妇选择自然分娩的比例明显升高,并且通过加强助产护理也可以有效的缩短产妇的产程。

Objective To observe the influence of midwifery nursing intervention on the delivery mode and labor process of the elderly parturient.Methods A total of 120 elderly maternal patients admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to June were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into two groups,60 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing method,and the observation group received midwifery nursing intervention.The delivery mode and duration of labor in two groups were observed.Results The number of natural delivery in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the duration of labor in the observation group was significantly reduced(P<0.05).Conclusion Midwifery nursing intervention can significantly increase the proportion of older women choosing natural childbirth,and it can also effectively shorten the delivery process by strengthening midwifery nursing.Midwifery nursing intervention for elderly maternal deliveries can be promoted in clinical practice.
