Application of multi-mode digital health education in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis

摘要 目的探讨多模式数字化健康教育在肺结核患者中的应用效果。方法选取140例肺结核患者分为对照组和观察组,对照组实施常规健康教育,观察组采用小视频、微信公众号等方式的多模式数字化健康教育。比较两组患者肺结核健康认知状况评分,对比肺结核防治行为依从性及干预前后焦虑(SAS)、抑郁(SDS)评分。结果健康教育前观察组和对照组的肺结核健康认知状况评分分别为(49.57±6.19)分与(49.20±6.45)分,健康教育后为(64.38±5.24)分与(53.06±5.78)分,两组健康教育前后组内差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组组间健康教育后差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组肺结核防治行为依从性的良好率为88.57%,对照组为72.86%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);健康教育前两组SDS和SAS评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),健康教育后观察组与对照组SAS评分分别为(41.06±5.01)分与(46.38±5.27)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),SDS评分观察组与对照组分别为(43.20±4.48)分与(47.19±5.11)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多模式数字化健康教育可改善肺结核患者的健康认知状况,提高防治行为依从性,改善焦虑及抑郁状况。 Objective To explore the effect of multi-mode digital health education for patients with pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods A total of 140 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis were divided into control group and observation group. The control group implemented routine health education,and the observation group accepted multi-mode digital health education through video and Wechat platform. The health cognitive status and anxiety(SAS),depression(SDS) score was compared between the two groups. Results The score of pulmonary tuberculosis health cognitive status in the observation group and the control group was 49.57 ±6.19 and 49.20 ±6.45 before health education,and 64.38±5.24 and 53.06±5.78 after health education. There was significant difference within the same group before and after health education(P<0.05). There was significant difference between the two groups after intervention(P<0.05).The compliance rate of observation group was 88.57%. The control group was 72.86%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in SDS and SAS scores between the two groups before in-tervention(P>0.05). After the intervention,the SAS score of the observation group and the control group was 41.06±5.01 and 46.38±5.27,respectively. the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05). The SDS score of observation group and control group was 43.20 ±4.48 and 47.19±5.11,respectively,and the difference was significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Multi-mode digital system could improve the health cognitive status of pulmonary tuberculosis patients,improve the compliance of prevention and treatment,and decrease anxiety and depression.
