摘要
乡村教师的发展是乡村教育得以发展的基础,是乡村振兴得以实现的关键。乡村教师的发展主要涉及作为普通社会人的四维空间和基于责任担当的二维空间。乡村教师发展的逻辑理路是多维空间决定着乡村教师发展的多样性维度,职业人的存在决定着乡村教师发展的多维空间体系,乡村环境决定着乡村教师在多维空间中发展的可能性程度。因此,应该从丰富乡村教师的生活世界、提升乡村教师的专业素养、关注乡村教师的精神世界等方面理解乡村教师发展的实践向度。
The development of rural teachers is the soul of the development of rural education and the key to the realization of rural revitalization. The development of rural teachers has a multi-dimensional space, which mainly involves the four-dimensional space as an ordinary social person and the two-dimensional space based on responsibility. The logic of rural teacher development mainly includes that multi-dimensional space determines the diversity dimension of rural teacher development, the existence of professionalism determines the multi-dimensional space system and rural environment determines the possibility degree of rural teacher development in multi-dimensional space. We can understand the practical dimension of the development of rural teachers from the aspects of enriching the life world of rural teachers, improving the professional accomplishment of rural teachers, paying attention to the spiritual world of rural teachers and so on.
