摘要
现行有关水运标准对航道整治工程验收的随机抽样方法没有明确规定。为使航道整治实体交工验收检测数据反映现场实际情况,结合筑坝工程抛石结构形式和坝体尺寸等影响因素,参考《公路路基路面现场测试规程》中随机抽样方法,提出一套针对航道整治工程特征的改进随机抽样方法,以消除抽样检测时技术人员的人为影响因素。该方法在施工各参建方共同见证下,公平、公正、合理确认交工验收检测抽检断面位置。方法简单直接有效,易于现场操作,给工程质量监督工作提供了强有力的数据支撑。
The random sampling method for inspection and acceptance of waterway regulation engineering has not been clearly stipulated in relevant current water transport standards.In order to reflect the actual situation of the waterway regulation project,an improved random sampling method based on the characteristics of waterway regulation project is proposed by referring to the random sampling method in the Field Test Methods of Subgrade and Pavement for Highway Engineering,considering the influence factors such as the riprap structure form and dam body size of dam construction project.Thus,artificial influencing factors of technicians in sampling inspection are eliminated.Under the joint witness of all construction participants,this method can fairly and reasonably confirm the location of sampling section for acceptance inspection of engineering.The improved sampling method is more simple and effective,easy to operate on site,provides strong data support for project quality supervision.
