杉木表面水性变色面漆漆膜性能研究 被引量:7

摘要 以变色粉添加到水性面漆中涂覆于杉木表面,探究变色粉质量分数对杉木表面水性变色面漆的光学性能和力学性能的影响。结果表明:变色粉质量分数5%的漆膜变色性能最佳;随变色粉质量分数的增加,漆膜光泽度降低,质量分数5%的漆膜光泽度最高;变色粉质量分数0~30%的漆膜附着力等级均为0,附着力良好,变色粉质量分数对漆膜附着力无影响;随变色粉质量分数的增加,漆膜抗冲击力增强,但质量分数0~30%相差不大;变色粉质量分数为0的漆膜对4种试液耐液等级均为1级,变色粉质量分数对漆膜耐液等级无影响;扫描电镜下观察,变色粉质量分数越高,颗粒越多,团聚越多,质量分数5%时颗粒分布均匀无团聚,漆膜微观结构最佳;红外光谱测试中,变色粉质量分数0~30%的漆膜成分无差别。因此,变色粉质量分数为5%时杉木表面水性面漆漆膜综合性能最佳。 In this study,the color-changing powder was added to the waterborne topcoat to coat the surface of the fir wood,and the effect of the color-changing powder content on the optical properties and mechanical properties of the waterborne topcoat of the Chinese fir surface was investigated.The experimental results showed that the color-changing performance of the paint film with 5% color-changing powder was the best.With the increase of the color-changing powder content,the gloss of the paint film was reduced,and the gloss of the paint film with the content of 5% was the highest.The adhesion degree of the paint film with the content of 0-30% of the color-changing powder was 0,the adhesion was good,and the content of the color-changing powder had no effect on the adhesion of the paint film.With the increase of the content of the color-changing powder,the impact resistance of the paint film was enhanced,but when the content was 0-30%,the impact resistance was not much different.The liquid resistance grade of the paint film with the color-changing powder content of 0 was grade one for the four test liquids,and the color-changing powder content had no effect on the liquid resistance grade of the paint film,no matter which color-changing powder was added.Using the scanning electron microscope,it was found that the higher the content of discoloring powder,the more particles and the more agglomeration were achieved.When the content was 5%,the particle distribution was uniform and no agglomeration occurred,and the microstructure of paint film was the best.In the infrared spectrum test,there was no difference in the composition of the paint film with a color-changing powder content of 0-30%.Based on the results,when the content of the color-changing powder was 5%,the comprehensive performance of the waterborne topcoat film of Chinese fir surface was the best.
