道路用水性环氧乳化沥青的研究进展 被引量:13

摘要 为进一步促进水性环氧改性乳化沥青在中国道路工程领域中的发展与应用,综合当前最新研究成果对水性环氧改性乳化沥青展开了全面的分析,总结了水性环氧树脂对乳化沥青的改性机理、性能提升及相容性的研究现状,并分析了当前各种评价方法的优点与不足。在此基础上,结合当前最新室内研究进展概述了水性环氧乳化沥青混合料的设计方法及路用性能,介绍了部分已有的实际工程运用。结果表明:水性环氧树脂达到一定掺量后,对沥青的各项性能尤其是高温性能提升极大;用作拌和混合料时,配合其他增韧类改性剂可以对混合料的性能起到均衡提升作用;当前规范中的常规试验难以准确评价水性环氧乳化沥青的性能,下一步应根据水性环氧乳化沥青自身的特性建立一套评价体系以指导其试验、设计及施工。 In order to promote the development and application of waterborne epoxy emulsified asphalt in the field of highway engineering in China,a comprehensive analysis of waterborne epoxy emulsified asphalt was carried out combined with relevant research.The modification mechanism,performance improvement and compatibility of waterborne epoxy resin on the emulsified asphalt were summarized.The advantages and disadvantages of current evaluation methods were analyzed.On this basis,the design method and road performance of waterborne epoxy emulsified asphalt mixture were summarized according to the latest indoor research progress,and some practical engineering applications were introduced.The results show that the performance of asphalt,especially at high temperature,is greatly improved when the content of waterborne epoxy resin reaches a certain level.When used as mixing mixture,the performance of asphalt mixture can be improved balancedly with other toughening modifiers.It is difficult to evaluate the performance of waterborne epoxy emulsified asphalt accurately by conventional tests in current specifications.In the next step,an evaluation system should be established according to the characteristics of waterborne epoxy emulsified asphalt to guide its test,design and construction.
