摘要 为提升新型飞行器C/C复合材料舱体抗氧化能力,采用料浆法在其复合材料表面制备一层碳化硅-硼化锆涂层。涂层和基体呈现出较好的兼容性,厚度约为80μm。复合涂层在1500℃静态恒温氧化50 h后仅失重0.2%;在热重分析仪(thermo gravimetric,TG)有氧环境下测试时,试样在860℃左右才开始出现失重,最终在1500℃时失重率仅为5.6%,展现了较好的抗氧化性,大大降低了基体材料的损耗。 In order to improve the oxidation resistance of C/C composite,a layer of SiC-ZrB2 coating was prepared on the surface by slurry method.The coating and the substrate exhibit good compatibility with a thickness of about 80μm.The composite coating only lost 0.2% weight after static oxidation at 1500℃ for 50 hours.When tested under thermo gravimetric(TG)aerobic environment,the sample began to lose weight at around 860℃,and the weight loss rate was only 5.6% at 1500℃.It shows its better oxidation resistance,and greatly reduces the loss of matrix material.
