摘要
目的:通过贴膜法,研究Er∶YAG激光对口腔常见致病菌的抗菌性能,以期为临床上激光的运用提供理论基础.方法:以光滑纯钛片作为载体,选用5种口腔相关致病菌,Er∶YAG激光对其进行照射,用贴膜法对其抗菌性进行检测,经过24h的培养后,由菌落计数计算出该激光对各种细菌的抗菌率.结果:Er∶YAG激光对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、中间普氏菌、牙龈卟啉单胞菌及伴放线放线杆菌具有强烈的杀菌作用,抗菌率都达到了90%以上.结论:Er∶YAG激光对钛表面口腔致病菌具有良好的抗菌作用.
Objective:To study the antimicrobial activity of Er:YAG laser against common oral pathogens by film applicator coating assay,so as to provide a theoretical basis for clinical application of laser.Methods:Five kinds of oral pathogenic bacteria were irradiated by Er:YAG laser with smooth pure titanium sheet as a carrier.The antimicrobial activity of Er:YAG laser was tested by film applicator coating assay.After 24 hours of cultivation,the antimicrobial rate of the laser to various bacteria was calculated by colony counting.Results:Er:YAG laser had strong bactericidal effect on Staphylococcus aureus,Escherichia coli,Procteria intermedia,Porphyromonas gingivalis and Actinobacillus actinomycetes,and the bactericidal rates were all above 90%.Conclusion:Er:YAG laser has good antimicrobial activity against oral pathogens on titanium surface.
