改良睑板腺按摩流程在眼科术前准备中的应用

Application of modified meibomian gland massage procedure in preoperative preparation of ophthalmology

目的:探讨术前应用改良睑板腺按摩流程对眼科患者术后主观眼表症状疗效.方法:将180例自愿患者随机分为试验组和对照组,每组各90例.对照组给予眼科围手术期术前常规措施,试验组在对照组基础上予以术前1d改良睑板腺按摩流程操作,于术后第1d对两组患者术后切口漏(房)水、主观眼表症状情况进行统计学分析.结果:术后1d试验组刺痛感轻于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其他症状两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:在眼科术前常规措施基础上,于术前1d行改良睑板腺按摩流程操作,可减轻患者术后刺痛感,改善患者就医感受.

Objective:To explore the effect of improved meibomian gland massage procedure before operation on subjective ocular surface symptoms after ophthalmic surgery.Methods:180 cases of voluntary patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,90 cases in each group.The control group was given routine preoperative measures during perioperative period of ophthalmology,while the experimental group was given improved meibomian gland massage procedure one day before operation on the basis of the control group.On the 1st day after operation,the incision leakage/aqueous fluid,and subjective ocular surface symptoms of the two groups were statistically analyzed.Results:One day after operation,the prickling sensation in the experimental group was significantly lighter than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in other symptoms between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of routine ophthalmic preoperative measures,the modified meibomian gland massage procedure one day before operation can relieve the postoperative prickling sensation and improve the patients*medical experience.
