摘要
针对X70管线钢铸坯中心偏析严重的问题,通过优化轻压下控制模式,使用静态轻压下技术,确定其压下位置、压下率和总压下量等相关参数。X70管线钢铸坯中心偏析低倍曼标评级级别≤2.6的比例由优化前的16.6%提高到了76.44%,铸坯中心孔隙的数量和尺寸也明显减少。
In order to solve the serious problem of center segregation of X70 pipeline steel billet,by optimizing the control mode of light reduction and using static light reduction technology,the reduction position,reduction rate and total reduction of X70 pipeline steel billet are determined,which effectively improves the central segregation of X70 pipeline steel billet,and the proportion of low magnification grade≤2.6 is increased from 16.6%before optimization to 76.44%.The number and size of pores in the center of the billet are also significantly reduced.
