减速器通气罩装置的设计改进

减速器作为标准传动部件普遍应用于机械传动系统中,运转过程中会产生齿轮油温度升高并造成密闭箱体内气体压力上升的现象。通气罩作为减速器标准附件,可以降低减速器内部气体压力。JB 1130-70《标准规范型式的通气罩》规范设计的通气罩在高温粉尘环境中的使用存在易堵塞、粉尘颗粒经通气孔进入箱体内部直接污染油品的缺陷。为解决高温粉尘环境下减速器漏油及油品污染问题,设计改进了带粉尘过滤功能的通气罩装置应用于现场,达到了预期的效果。

As a standard transmission component,reducer is widely used in mechanical transmission system.In the process of operation,the temperature of gear oil will rise and the gas pressure in the sealed box will rise.As a standard accessory of the reducer,the ventilation hood can effectively reduce the gas pressure inside the reducer.JB 1130-70"Standard Specification Type of Ventilation Cover"standard design of the ventilation cover in high temperature dust environment,there are defects of easy blockage,dust particles through the vent into the tank directly contaminated the oil.In order to solve the problem of oil leakage and oil pollution of reducer in high temperature dust environment.The ventilator with dust filtering function is designed and improved to be used in the field,which achieves the expected results.
