为适应钢铁新环境,八钢公司提出了“三转”战略转型理念,结合“销售围着市场转”营销机制的优化设计,销售体系整体思考、统一策划,提升核心竞争力,以应对未来市场发展变化,满足客户多样化、多元性需求,进一步提升企业在客户关系和服务管理方面的整体管理水平。
In order to adapt to the new environment of iron and steel,the strategic transformation concept of"three turns"have been proposed in Bayi Steel.In combination with the optimized design of the marketing mechanism of"marketing around the market",the overall thinking and unified planning of the sales system will enhance the core competitiveness,so as to cope with the future market development and changes,meet the diversified and diversified needs of customers,further improve the overall management level of enterprises in customer relationship and service management.
