摘要
基于施工总承包视角,通过文献分析与实际工程经验,从高标号混凝土生产、运输、浇筑和养护全过程中4个层面确定了12个影响浇筑质量的影响因素,再利用灰色关联度改进方法,邀请专家打分对各影响因素的权重值,最后对归一化权重计算结果进行排序,最终确定的关键影响因素有施工振捣控制、混凝土配合比、施工班组水平及混凝土原材料等。
Based on the perspective of general contracting for construction,through literature analysis and practical engineering experience,12 influencing factors of pouring quality are determined from four aspects in the whole process of production,transportation,pouring and maintenance of high-grade concrete.Then,by using the grey relational degree improvement method,experts are invited to score the weights of each influencing factor.Finally,the calculation results of normalized weights are ranked.The key influencing factors are construction vibration control,concrete mix ratio,construction team level and concrete raw materials,etc.
