Technical Problem Research of Early-setting and Rapid Solidification of the Cement Concrete Pavement in Armenia

亚美尼亚混凝土路面试验段的摊铺过程中砼拌和物出现失水过快、早凝,砼路面成型物出现了收缩裂缝等现象。针对该问题,结合亚美尼亚近十年内已完成的混凝土路面不断出现裂缝、脱皮的实际案例,项目部联合国内外多个实验室对水泥组分与性能、混凝土配合比设计、路面摊铺工艺等进行了分析研究,得出由于亚美尼亚生产水泥的原材料的先天性缺陷,导致本地水泥厂生产的水泥均不能满足混凝土路面技术规范要求的结论。

In the process of spreading concrete pavement test section in Armenia,the concrete mixture loses too fast water,sets early,and the concrete pavement formwork appears shrinkage cracks.In order to solve this problem,combined with the actual cases of continuous cracks and peeling of concrete pavement completed in Armenia in the past ten years,the project department has carried out analysis and research on cement composition and performance,concrete mix ratio design and road paving technology in combination with many laboratories at home and abroad.It is concluded that the cement produced by the local cement plant cannot meet the requirements of the technical specifications of the concrete pavement due to the congenital defects of the raw materials for the production of cement in Armenia.
