摘要
自古以来,"吃"是我国人民关心的主要问题。改革开放之后,我国社会经济的高速发展使得人们的生活水平也获得持续的提升,现如今,人们的关注点已经从"吃饱"转移到"吃好"方面,因此食品安全受到的关注度越来越高。针对近些年来频繁发生的食品安全事故,本文将就食品安全检测中分析化学技术的应用进行探讨。
Since ancient times,"eat"has been the main concern of people.After the reform and opening up,the rapid development of China’s social economy has enabled people’s living standards to continue to improve.Nowadays,people’s concerns have shifted from"full"to"well",so food safety has received increasing attention.In response to frequent food safety incidents in recent years,this paper will discuss the application of analytical chemistry techniques in food safety testing.
