现场管理方法在综合实验室中的应用

Application of Field Management Method in Comprehensive Laboratories

本文从实验室现场管理方法入手,对综合实验室的定置管理和目视管理相结合,以达到人、测量设备和环境的最佳合作状态,提升实验室计量活动的效率和工作质量。其次,通过分析现场管理的实施方法,使整个实验室计量活动现场的有序性得以极大地提高,实现实验室现场管理标准化。对实验室的测量设备有效维护保养,建立测量设备自主维保技术体系,并动员全员积极参与,降低设备故障率、延长设备生命周期,提升技术能力条件。

Starting with the method of laboratory field management,this paper combines the fixed position management and visual management of comprehensive laboratory,in order to achieve the best cooperation among people,measuring equipment and environment,and improve the efficiency and quality of measurement activities in laboratory.Secondly,through the analysis of the implementation method of field management,the orderliness of the whole laboratory measurement activities can be greatly improved,and the standardization of laboratory field management can be realized.Effective maintenance of laboratory measurement equipment,establishment of independent maintenance technology system of measurement equipment,and mobilization of all staff to actively participate in reducing equipment failure rate,prolonging equipment life cycle and upgrading technical capacity conditions.
