摘要
某厂区内100.4m高钢筋混凝土烟囱需要快速拆除,其四周紧邻使用中的管线廊架,最近处仅2.3m。综合分析环境条件、烟囱本体结构特点、工期等因素,以"技术可行、安全可控"为原则,确定采用定向爆破拆除方案。采用正梯形爆破切口确保倒塌精准度,科学设计导(定)向窗与爆破参数确保切口顺利形成,利用主动+被动防护层、减震沟、缓冲堤等措施有效控制爆破拆除带来的危害效应,最终安全高效地取得爆破预期效果,可为同类工程提供参考。
The 100.4 m high reinforced concrete chimney in a factory area needs to be demolished quickly.It is surrounded by the pipelines in use and the nearest distance is only 2.3 m.Based on the principle of"technically feasible,security controllable",the directional blasting demolition scheme is determined by comprehensive analysis of environmental conditions,structural characteristics of chimney body and time limit for a project.The positive trapezium blasting incision is used to ensure the precision of collapse direction.The directional windows and blasting parameters are designed scientifically to ensure the the incision smoothly developed.The harmful effects caused by blasting demolition are effectively controlled by active&passive protective layers,shock absorption ditches and buffer dykes.Finally,the expected blasting effect is achieved safely and efficiently,which can provide references for similar projects.
