摘要
为了解决轮毂电机转弯时差速运行,提出了一种交叉反馈电子差速器,介绍了这种交叉反馈电子差速器系统结构及工作原理。差速系统以无刷直流电机为控制对象,分析了其数学模型与运行状态,并在MATLAB/SIMULINK环境下搭建了交叉反馈电子差速器的仿真模型。通过对电动汽车在直线行驶和转弯行驶下的转速、转矩波形分析,验证了这种交叉反馈电子差速器的可行性。
In order to solve the differential operation of the hub motor turning,a cross feedback electronic differential is proposed to introduce the structure and working principle of the cross feedback electronic differential system.The differential system is controlled by brushless direct current(DC)motor.The mathematical model and running state are analyzed.The simulation model of cross feedback electronic differential is built in MATLAB/SIMULINK environment.The feasibility of this cross feedback electronic differential is verified by analyzing the speed and torque waveform of electric vehicles in straight and cornering.
