摘要
为了采用共沸精馏方法模拟分离乙二醇和1,2-丁二醇,用气液平衡釜测定了30.4 kPa条件下乙二醇-正辛醇二元体系的气液相平衡数据,分别采用Wilson方程和NRTL方程对该气液相平衡数据进行关联,并进行热力学一致性检验。结果表明实验数据符合热力学一致性,获得了的Wilson方程与NRTL方程参数,模型计算结果均与实验数据吻合,可满足工程设计需要。
In order to simulate the need of separating ethylene glycol and 1,2-butanediol by azeotropic distillation method,vapor-liquid equilibrium data of ethylene glycol-n-octanol binary system under the condition of 30.4 kPa were measured by vapor-liquid equilibrium kettle.Wilson equation and NRTL equation were used to correlate the vapor-liquid equilibrium data,and thermodynamic consistency test was performed.The results show that the experimental data accord with the thermodynamic consistency,and obtained Wilson equation and NRTL equation parameters,the model calculation results are consistent with the experimental data,to meet the needs of engineering design.
