六边形柔性绳网展开过程仿真与试验

Simulation and Test on Deployment Process of Hexagonal Flexible Cable Net

柔性绳网在工程领域应用广泛,它具有复杂的非线性行为,其建模仿真研究是数值仿真领域的一大难点。针对六边形柔性绳网系统的发射展开过程,建立了动力学模型,利用ABAQUS有限元仿真软件,实现了对柔性绳网展开过程的动力学仿真研究。同时,开展了柔性绳网地面发射试验,试验结果表明:绳网展开过程的网形、张开面积与模型仿真结果基本吻合,说明所建立的动力学模型准确、可靠,有限元法可用于柔性绳网的仿真研究。

Flexible cable net is widely used in engineering field,it has complex non-linear behavior,and its modeling and simulation research is a major difficulty in the field of numerical simulation.Aiming at the casting deployment process of hexagonal flexible cable-net system,the dynamic model was established,and the dynamic simulation of flexible-net deployment process was realized by using ABAQUS finite element simulation software.Meanwhile,ground casting tests of flexible cable net had been carried out,the test results show that the network model and opening area of the cable-net deployment process are basically consistent with the simulation results.It shows that the established dynamic model is accurate and reliable,and finite element method can be used for the simulation study of flexible cable network.
