摘要
褪黑激素是一类具有多种功能的激素,可通过结合特定受体,激活一系列复杂的信号通路,发挥心脏缺血/再灌注损伤的保护效应。本综述主要对褪黑激素受体、褪黑激素诱导心肌保护的可能作用机制、以及褪黑激素的药物应用和临床研究等进行简要概述。
Melatonin,a hormone with multiple functions,can activate a vast array of complex signaling pathways by binding specific receptors,thus protecting the heart against ischemia/reperfusion injury.This review summarizes on the melatonin receptors,the probable mechanism of melatonin-induced myocardial protection,and its therapeutic application and clinical research.
