摘要 目的研究雾霾暴露对血清干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)、白介素-17(IL-17)、白介素-1β(IL-1β)的影响。方法选取在河北省人民医院2015年10月至2015年12月两批体检人群,其中室外组90例及室内组88例,清晨空腹抽取静脉血,检测血常规、应用酶联免疫吸附实验(ELISA)检测2组血清IFN-γ、IL-17、IL-1β细胞因子水平。结果2组白细胞、中性粒细胞比例、IL-1β、IFN-γ、IL-17细胞因子水平比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论室外组人员外周血中IL-1β、IFN-γ、IL-17均高于室内组人员,表明暴露于雾霾天气,将引起其呼吸道炎性反应等系统受损。 Objective To investigate the effects of smog exposure on the levels of IFN-γ,IL-17,IL-1βin population.Methods The healthy subjects who underwent physical examination in our hospital in October 2015 and in December 2015 were enrolled in the study,who were divided outdoor group(n=90)and indoor group(n=88).The serum levels of IFN-γ,IL-17,IL-1βwere detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Results There were significant differences in the levels of white blood cells,neutrophil ratio,and the serum levels of IFN-γ,IL-17,IL-1βbetween indoor group and outdoor group(P<0.05).Conlusion The serum levels of IFN-γ,IL-17,IL-1βin outdoor group are significantly higher than those in indoor group,which shows that long-term smog exposure are prone to resulting in respiratory tract inflammation,which can increase the risk of lung function injury diseases.
