摘要 为了促进智能变电站相关技术的发展,对基于就地化保护的智能变电站二次系统实现方案和整体设计方案进行了研究和分析。文章提出了就地化保护总体技术原则,研究了保护和自动化相关设备的实现方案,推荐就地化母线保护采用星形结构有限集中式,就地化主变保护采用星形结构分布式,测控采用“单间隔测控+集群测控+就地采集控制单元/模块”的方式,计量采用全站冗余配置集中计量电能表方式。提出了4种故障录波解决方案,近期推荐采用“基于就地化保护+就地化录波开关量模块”方案,远期采用“基于改进版的就地化保护”方案。 In order to promote the development of related technology for smart substation technology,this paper studies and analyses the implementation scheme and overall design scheme of smart substation secondary system based on outdoor installation protection.The paper puts forward the general technical principle of outdoor installation protection.Studies the realization scheme of protection and automation related equipment,the limited centralized star structure for outdoor installation bus bar protection is recommended,the distributed star structure for outdoor installation main transformer protection is recommended,measurement and control adopts the mode of"single bay measurement and control device+cluster measurement and control device+local acquisition control unit/module",electric energy metering adopts the mode of redundancy configuration centralized metering energy meter based on total station.Four solutions for fault recording are proposed,recently,it is recommended to adopt the scheme of"based on outdoor installation protection+locally recording switch module";in the future,it is recommended to adopt the scheme of"based on improved outdoor installation protection".
