摘要
本文主要介绍了玻璃窑炉的工艺概况及自控系统的要求和手段,在玻璃窑炉的生产运行过程中,窑炉各参数的自动控制需要结合现场环境及操作条件适当调整,力求满足工艺技术要求,在窑压、液面等主要工艺参数调整的基础上逐步完善其它各参数的调整精度,除了要考虑软件程序的控制精度提高还要多了解使用精确度更高的智能仪器仪表、检测设备及各类电控元器件,利于现场设备维护管理,同时优化人机界面,力求玻璃窑炉既能满足高效生产要求也能实现节能环保。
This paper mainly introduces the process overview of glass furnace and the requirements and means of the automatic control system.In the process of glass furnace production and operation,the automatic control of furnace parameters needs to be adjusted in combination with the field environment and operating conditions,so as to meet the technical requirements.On the basis of the adjustment of the main process parameters such as pressure and liquid surface,the adjustment accuracy of other parameters will be gradually improved.In addition to considering the improvement of the control accuracy of software programs,we must also know more about the use of more accurate intelligent instruments,detection equipment,and various electronic control components.It is beneficial to the on-site equipment maintenance and management,and at the same time optimize the human-machine interface,and strive for glass furnace not only to meet the requirements of efficient production but also to achieve energy conservation and environmental protection.
