摘要
电气制造企业的线缆生产有着小批量多品种的特点,随着整体产品功能扩展,各分系统变得种类繁多,造成接线关系日趋复杂。传统的电缆工艺设计模式基本采用CAPP等手动模式来进行编制,迫切需要将电缆工艺设计的方式和手段进行提升,为电缆加工制造过程提供更为准确,高效的指导性文件,实现电缆部件产品对整机产品的性能保证。
The cable manufacturing of enterprises has the characteristics of small batch and multiple varieties,as the overall product functionality expands,the subsystems became diverse,resulting in increasingly complex wiring.The traditional process design mode basically adopts CAPP and other manual modes,it is urgent to improve the way and means of cable process design,providing more accurate and efficient guidance documents and realizing the performance guarantee of cable components to military products.
