《公安主题词表》的修订方案研究

Study on the Revision Scheme of “Public Security Thesaurus”

修订《公安主题词表》有利于词表在公安文献信息检索和规范公安词义、公安用语等方面持续发挥作用。从内容和形式方面分析了《公安主题词表》修订的必要性,提出需要遵循科学性、实用性和易用性的整体修订原则,参照主流词表的修订经验,制定出修订方案,包括人力组织、主题词修订、电子版和网络版研制、性能评测体系构建等。构建性能测评体系有助于《公安主题词表》向智能方向发展,实现词表主动修订,极大程度提高修订效率,充分发挥词表价值。

The revision of the Public Security Thesaurus will help the thesaurus to play a continuous role in the information retrieval of public security documents,standardizing the meaning of public security words and public security terminology.This paper analyses the necessity of revising Public Security Thesaurus from the aspects of content and form.The overall revision principles of scientificity,practicability and ease of use should be followed.Referring to the experience of revision of mainstream vocabulary,the revision scheme is worked out.The scheme includes manpower organization,revision of subject words,development of electronic and network editions,construction of performance evaluation system.Constructing a performance evaluation system is helpful for the intelligent development of the Public Security Thesaurus.Active revision of vocabulary will be realized,the efficiency of revision will be greatly improved,and the value of vocabulary will be brought into full play.
