菲律宾中资企业及华人面临的安全风险及防范对策

Risks and Preventive Measures Faced by Chinese Enterprises & People in the Philippines

菲律宾是“一带一路”沿线重要国家,中资企业在菲律宾投资力度不断加大。同时,菲律宾政治经济环境也在经历复杂而深刻的变化。大国竞争加剧、地区冲突不断、恐怖主义势力扩张、恶性刑事案件频发等一系列问题,威胁到驻菲律宾的中资企业及华人的生命财产安全。为有效保护中资企业及华人安全,亟需采取妥善措施,加强安全风险防控。本文分析了在菲中资企业及华人面临的主要安全风险,提出了提高风险意识、加强安全保障建设、提升安保能力等多方面防范对策。

Philippines is an important country along the“Belt&Road”,and Chinese enterprises are investing more and more in Philippines.At the same time,the Philippine political and economic system is undergoing complex and profound changes.A series of problems,such as intensified competition among powers,continuous regional conflicts,and expansion of terrorist forces and frequent criminal cases,threaten the safety of life and property of Chinese enterprises and staff in Philippines.In order to protect the safety of enterprises and staff effectively,it is urgent to take appropriate measures to strengthen the prevention and control of security risks.This paper analyses the main risks faced by Chinese enterprises and Chinese people in the Philippines,and puts forward several preventive measures,such as raising risk awareness,strengthening security construction and enhancing security capability.
