摘要
工资集体协商是提升劳动者收入水平、协调劳动关系的重要措施。近年来山东省通过多种举措提升工资集体协商的工作效果,但是依然存在实施效果参差不齐、协商代表水平不高等问题。工资集体协商工作宣传不到位、集体协商工作理念理解有偏差、专业人才不足等是导致问题的原因。在全社会范围加大集体协商理念的宣传力度,协调推进企业工会各项工作,不断培养专业人才,政府各部门协调合作,才能更好地提升工资集体协商的效果。
Collective wage negotiation is an important measure to improve the income level of workers and coordinate labor relations.In recent years,Shandong Province has taken various measures to improve the effect of collective wage bargaining,but there are still problems such as uneven implementation effect and low level of negotiation representatives.The reasons for the problems are inadequate publicity of collective wage bargaining,biased understanding of the concept of bargaining and lack of professionals.In order to improve the effect of collective bargaining,we should strengthen the propaganda of the concept of collective bargaining in the whole society,coordinate and promote the work of trade unions in enterprises,continuously train professional talents and coordinate and cooperate with various government departments.
