当前,我国民营企业在整个国民经济中具有重要的社会地位,民营企业对中国经济总量、就业人口和税收的贡献已经超过了国有企业。新时代应更加关注民营企业的工运事业发展,充分发挥民营企业在我国经济建设中的重要作用。民营企业工会应融入中国工会工作大局,立足社会主要矛盾的新变化,在不断满足职工群众美好生活需要中担当作为,开创工会工作新局面。民营企业工会干部除应具备专业的业务素质外,要想开创新的工作局面,需具备“三大法宝”,即坚定的政治立场、良好的精神状态、实事求是的工作方法。

At present,private enterprises in China take an important social role in the whole national economy.The contribution of private enterprises to China’s total economic output,employment population and tax revenue has exceeded that of state-owned enterprises.In the new era,we should pay more attention to the development of the industry and transportation of private enterprises and give full play to private enterprises in China’s economic construction.Trade unions in private enterprises should be integrated into the overall situation of trade union work in China,based on the new changes of major social contradictions,and take on the role of constantly meeting the needs of workers for a better life,so as to create new prospects of trade union work.In addition to professional qualities,trade union cadres in private enterprises need to possess three magic weapons to create new working aspects,namely,firm political stand,good mental state and realistic working methods.
