运用网络信息技术缓解高校女教师的职业压力

摘要 随着我国高等教育的发展,高校女教师的人数规模、学历水平、教育教学能力等方面都获得了很大提高,为我国新时期人才培养工作做出了不可替代的重要贡献。但人们长期以来受到传统性别文化因素影响而形成的性别角色期待,在一定程度上或一定状态下或隐或显地为高校女教师群体的职能发挥与职业发展带来了压力困扰。在当前现代信息技术快速发展的背景条件下,借助于网络信息技术的支持,主动学习以提升专业能力与综合知识水平,努力提高工作效率,以及利用网络扩大协作与支持范围等,都是高校女教师新时期缓解压力和促进职业发展的良好对策。 With the development of higher education in our country,the female teachers in colleges and universities have been greatly developed in numbers,the level of education,the ability on education and teaching,etc.And they have made irreplaceable contributions to the talents training in the new era of our country.However,due to the long-term influence of the factors of traditional gender culture,people have formed the expectation of gender roles.It has brought implicit or explicit pressure and distress to female teachers in colleges and universities to their function display and their career development to a certain extent or a certain state.Under the background of the rapid development of modern information technology,female teachers in colleges and universities have obtained good countermeasures to relieve the stress and promote their career with support of network information technology in the new era,such as to improving the professional ability and comprehensive knowledge level through active learning,to promoting the work efficiency,to expanding the scope of collaboration and getting support from network,and so on.
