基于机器人应用的龙门架焊接工作站方案设计

Project Design of Gantry Welding Workstation Based on Robot Application

在环保要求日趋严格、生产制造转型升级的大环境下,传统的制造行业逐步向智能制造方向迈进是必然的趋势。目前已有部分专用汽车生产企业开始引进机器人自动焊接站和机器人协同装配生产线,并取得较好的经济效益。现以某车龙门架为例,介绍该部件的机器人自动焊接工作站的方案设计思路。

In the circumstance of increasingly strict environmental protection requirements and manufacturing transformation and upgrading,it is an inevitable trend for the traditional manufacturing industry to gradually move towards the direction of intelligent manufacturing.At present,some special purpose vehicle manufacturers had begun to introduce robot automatic welding station and robot collaborative assembly line,and achieved better economic benefits.Taking a gantry as an example,the project design idea of the robot automatic welding workstation is introduced.
