院前管理对提高日间下肢静脉曲张围手术期护理质量的作用

Effect of Pre-hospital Management on Improving the Quality of Nursing Care during the Perioperative Period of Varicose Veins of the Lower Extremities during the Day

目的探讨院前管理对提高日间下肢静脉曲张围手术期护理质量的作用。方法收集该院2017年1月—2019年1月下肢静脉曲张术患者60例,根据入院先后顺序分为对照组30例和管理组30例,对照组仅给予传统的围手术期护理,管理组患者在入院前即实施系统的院前管理,对比两组患者对疾病知识的健康知识的掌握程度、心理需求、舒适度、并发症防治以及护理满意度等。结果管理组的总掌握度为96.67%,明显高于对照组(80.00%),组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者的护理质量方面,管理组对并发症防治、心理护理和患者住院舒适度方面均获得较高的护理质量,各方面的比率分别为90.00%、83.33%和93.33%,均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论院前对日间下肢静脉曲张患者实施系统的教育管理,是保证患者能配合手术和保证手术安全的关键环节,可有效提高围手术期的护理质量。

Objective To investigate the effect of pre-hospital management on improving the quality of nursing care during the perioperative period of varicose veins of the lower extremities.Methods Sixty patients with varicose veins of the lower extremity from January 2017 to January 2019 in the hospital were enrolled.According to the order of admission,30 patients were divided into control group and 30 patients in management group.The control group only received traditional perioperative nursing and managed patients.The pre-hospital management of the system was implemented before admission,and the mastery of the health knowledge of the disease knowledge,psychological needs,comfort,prevention of complications,and satisfaction of care were compared between the two groups.Results The total mastery of the management group was 96.67%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(80.00%).The difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).In terms of the quality of care of the two groups of patients,the management group achieved higher quality of care in terms of prevention and treatment of complications,psychological care and patient comfort ratios of all aspects were 90.00%,83.33%and 93.33%,respectively,higher than the control group(P<0.05),Conclusion Pre-hospital system management of patients with progressive varicose veins is a key link to ensure that patients can cooperate with surgery and ensure the safety of surgery,can effectively improve the quality of care during perioperative period.
