医院感染预防中规范化护理管理的效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Standardized Nursing Management in Hospital Infection Prevention

目的探讨医院感染预防中规范化护理管理的效果。方法选取该院2017年3月—2018年3月120例住院患者,根据入院时间分为观察组(60例)与对照组(60例),观察组实施规范化护理管理,对照组实施常规感染预防管理,对比护理管理效果。结果观察组医院感染率与对照组比较明显较低(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组细菌培养合格率与对照组比较明显较高(P<0.05)。结论医院感染预防中规范化护理管理的效果显著,可降低医院感染率,提升护理满意度及细菌培养合格率。

Objective To explore the effect of standardized nursing management in hospital infection prevention.Methods 120 hospitalized patients from March 2017 to March 2018 in the hospital were selected.According to the admission time,they were divided into observation group(60 cases)and control group(60 cases).The observation group implemented standardized nursing management,and the control group implemented routine infection preventive management,compare the effects of care management.Results The infection rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The qualified rate of bacterial culture in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of standardized nursing management in hospital infection prevention was significant,which could reduce the hospital infection rate,improve the satisfaction of nursing and the qualified rate of bacterial culture.
