摘要
目的分析人性化管理模式在骨科护理管理中的应用。方法取2016年10月—2017年10月收治的73例患者为对照组,实施常规性护理管理,2017年10月—2018年10月收治的73例患者为观察组,实施人性化管理,对比两种管理方式的效果。结果观察组护理人员工作满意度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组管理风险低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在骨科管理中采用人性化管理可有效提升护理人员满意度、降低护理风险。
Objective To analyze the application of humanized management mode in orthopedic nursing management.Methods From October 2016 to October 2017,73 patients were treated as routine nursing management in the control group.From October 2017 to October 2018,73 patients were observed in the observation group as humanized management,comparing the two management methods.effect.Results The job satisfaction scores of the nursing staff in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The management risk of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of humanized management in orthopedic management can effectively improve the satisfaction of nursing staff and reduce the risk of nursing.
