摘要
目的通过细化对比分析评价骨科植入物使用情况,为使用环节管控措施提供数据支持。方法利用基于HIS系统建立的系统、HRP物资管理系统及骨科植入物追溯资料,对医院骨科植入物使用情况和骨科手术类别分类进行分析,以2017年骨科植入物支出金额及骨科手术分类统计作为对比基数,对2018年相关数据进行同比分析,采用SPSS 13.0进行描述性分析。结果2018年骨科植入物支出金额同比增长38.73%,相关手术量同比增长22.73%,总体次均金额同比增长13.04%(1193元),脊柱手术次均同比增加41.55%(2530元),关节置换类手术次均同比增加24.71%(6173元),进口半髋关节次均金额同比增长14.1%(3105元),进口全髋关节次均金额同比增长42.51%(12428元),品规选择差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过逐层细化对比分析,显示异常增长点,可为高值耗材使用环节管控提供精准切入点,医疗费用的合理管控需要采取科学有效的措施作为保障。
Objective To evaluate the use of orthopedic implants through detailed comparative analysis and provide data support for the use of link control measures.Methods Using the hand-hemp system,HRP material management system and orthopedic implant traceability data based on HIS system,the hospital orthopedic implant use and orthopedic surgery classification were analyzed,and the amount of orthopedic implant expenditure in 2017 and The classification and statistics of orthopedic surgery were used as the comparison base.The relevant data of 2018 were analyzed on a year-on-year basis,and SPSS 13.0 was used for descriptive analysis.Results In 2018,the amount of orthopaedic implants increased by 38.73%year-on-year,the related surgery volume increased by 22.73%,the overall average amount increased by 13.04%(1193 yuan),and the spine surgery increased by 41.55%(2530 yuan).The number of replacement operations increased by 24.71%(6173 yuan)year-on-year,and the average amount of imported half-hip joints increased by 14.1%(3105 yuan)year-on-year.The average amount of imported total hip joints increased by 42.51%(12428 yuan)year-on-year,with ignificant difference.Conclusion Through the layer-by-layer refinement and comparative analysis,it shows the abnormal growth point,which can provide accurate entry points for the use of high-value consumables.The reasonable control of medical expenses needs to take scientific and effective measures as a guarantee.
